The process begins with an initial consultation to understand your business and goals, followed by a pre-design overview and moodboard to align on direction. From there I move into concept development, revisions, and finally the delivery of your design files in various formats. I'll work closely with you every step of the way to make sure the result is exactly what you envisioned.
I offer a revision process to ensure you're completely happy with the final result. I'll take the time to understand your feedback and make the necessary adjustments until you're 100% satisfied with the designs.
Yes, I provide source files for all our designs. These files are essential for making future modifications or reproducing your branding materials at different sizes and resolutions.
Yes! I can take care of the design, print and delivery of business cards, flyers, signage and more. If you're looking to get something designed and printed, just get in touch. If it's something I can't help with directly, I'll always point you in the right direction.
Turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of your project, the scope of the package selected, and the number of revisions required. Timely feedback helps keep things on track, and I’m happy to work with specific deadlines where possible.
Absolutely! I can update and refresh your existing logo and branding, maintaining the elements that are working well while enhancing or modernising the aspects that need improvement.
Unlike many designers who have simply learnt their skills from Instagram tutorials without truly understanding business, I bring a professional foundation to every project. I hold a double degree in Business and Marketing, giving me a deep understanding of strategy, consumer behaviour, and how branding actually drives results.
Alongside Let It Snow, I'm also Head of Marketing & communications for Casey Leisure, overseeing assets valued at over $85 million. This real-world experience means I don’t just design something that looks good, I create branding that works, converts, and supports long-term business growth.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $400 is required prior to commencing any work. This deposit will be deducted from the total project balance upon completion.
Intellectual Property Ownership: Let It Snow retains full intellectual property rights and ownership of all design concepts until the final balance has been settled. Upon receipt of full payment, the client will be granted complete ownership of the agreed final logo(s). Any unused concepts, ideas, or design directions developed throughout the project remain the sole property of Let It Snow.
Balance Settlement: The outstanding project balance must be settled in full prior to the delivery of any final files.
Project Termination: Should a project be terminated by either party prior to completion, the $400 deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of termination remains the property of Let It Snow until full payment is received.
Revisions & Scope: Revisions are welcomed as part of the design process within the agreed scope of the selected package. Any requests that fall outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear direction, accurate information, and timely feedback throughout the project. Delays in communication or approvals may impact project timelines, and Let It Snow cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client.
Confidentiality: Let It Snow treats all client information, business details, and project briefs with strict confidentiality and will not share any sensitive information with third parties.
Designer Attribution: Let It Snow reserves the right to showcase completed design work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. Work will only be shared after either (a) the client has publicly launched or shared the work themselves, or (b) the client has provided explicit approval for Let It Snow to publish the project.
Agreement: By confirming a project and proceeding with the deposit payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
