We offer a revision process to ensure you're happy with the final result. We'll work closely with you to understand your feedback and make the necessary adjustments until you're satisfied with the design.
Yes, we provide source files for all our designs. These files are essential for making future modifications or reproducing your branding materials at different sizes and resolutions.
Yes, We can provide the design, print & delivery of business cards, flyers, signage & more. If you're looking at getting something designed & printed please let us know. If we can't provide what you're looking for we can point you in the right direction.
Turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of your project, the scope of the package selected, and the number of revisions required. Timely feedback helps keep things on track, and I’m happy to work with specific deadlines where possible.
Yes, we can certainly update and refresh your existing logo and branding. We'll work with you to maintain elements that work well and enhance or modernize the aspects that need improvement.
- Deposit Requirement: Prior to commencing work, a deposit of $300 is Required. The $300 will be taken off the total balance upon completion of the project.
- Intellectual Property Ownership: Let It Snow retains intellectual property rights and ownership of design concepts until the final balance is settled. Once the balance has been paid, you will have full ownership of the logo(s). Any unused concepts & ideas remain the property of Let it Snow.
- Balance Settlement: The outstanding balance must be settled before the delivery of files.
- Project Termination: In the event of project termination before completion, the $300 deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear direction, timely feedback, and any required information accurately. Delays in communication can extend project timelines.
- Designer Attribution: Let it Snow reserves the right to showcase any completed design work in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. However, projects will only be shared after either (a) the client has publicly launched or shared the work themselves, or (b) the client has provided approval for Let it Snow to publish the project.
Agreement: By confirming a project and proceeding with deposit payment signifies the client’s agreement to the terms & conditions.
